A Jungle Romance

Decided to share something I did before Christmas. I was geeking out about Disney's Tarzan that I had watched and took a break from final projects, using the illustrator skills I had just acquired from one of my classes, to make this. I love this scene in the movie, as Tarzan is taking Jane up to see a part of the jungle she has never seen before. It is so symbolic of their relationship and is a beautiful visual, I just had to recreate it for myself. Working on shape language is a goal for me.

This is it! I am starting a blog. This is going to be a place to post my artwork, mostly in progress, sketches, and personal projects for fun! This is going to help me draw more regularly and share it! Here's to resolutions for the new year!
